Child Safety and Protection Standards
Last updated: 5th November 2025
1. Our Commitment to Safety
Ziva maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Ziva is a social and group-based dating platform designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We do not allow users under the age of 18. Any attempt to create an account as a minor, misrepresent age, or contact or sexualise a minor in any way will result in immediate removal and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Age Restriction and Verification
Ziva is 18+ only. We take steps to prevent underage usage, including:
• Age verification during sign-up
• Photo verification and identity confirmation where appropriate
• Automated detection of suspicious or inconsistent profile data
• Manual review when required
Any account suspected to be owned by a minor is removed.
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The following are strictly banned on Ziva:
• Sexual content or sexualised communication involving minors
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing indecent images of minors
• Grooming, coercion, manipulation, or exploitation of minors
• Attempting to locate or contact minors for romantic or sexual purposes
• Linking to external CSAE content or communities
Violations result in permanent bans and law enforcement referral without warning.
4. Monitoring and Safety Measures
To protect users and prevent CSAE, Ziva employs:
• AI-assisted detection of grooming-related patterns and harmful behaviour
• Human moderation of flagged accounts and content
• Immediate escalation of high-risk incidents
• Secure retention of evidence for investigative purposes
We continuously improve these systems based on international safety standards.
5. Reporting and Escalation
If you encounter behaviour that may involve harm or risk to a child:
Email: safety@ziva-app.com
In-App: Use the “Report” feature on any profile or chat
Reports are reviewed 24/7. CSAE-related reports are prioritised and escalated immediately. If CSAE is suspected, Ziva will:
Suspend the account instantly
Securely retain relevant evidence
Report the incident to law enforcement and child protection agencies, including:
• NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
• Local or international cybercrime and child protection authorities
6. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
Ziva Social Group Ltd cooperates fully with law enforcement and global child safety organizations. We may provide account and activity records as required by applicable law to support child protection investigations.
